Obstacle Course and mud runs

Obstacle Races, mud Runs and other Challenges are just some of the activities we love to organise.

We have had over 13 years’ experience of designing obstacle course races and mud runs within the UK for a range of charities including Marie Curie, Ronald McDonald House Charities, NSPCC/JCB and WaterAid as well as running the East Anglian Air Ambulance ‘OTB’ successfully the last 4 years.

We provide your fundraisers with amazing experiences to energise and inspire them. Our team of event experts excel at devising new event ideas and bringing them to life.

We have been running our very own Suffolk Whole Hog for 13 years and it continues to be a popular event which takes place in the glorious Suffolk Countryside. Take a look at this link to find about more and how we can help you: https://wholehograces.co.uk/

Our Events Make an Impact

Whether fundraising for your charity or engaging your employees, our challenge events make a difference. We have helped our charity partners raise millions of pounds for their causes and our participants have created life-long memories on our challenges.

We Are Flexible

We are ‘yes’ people. Many of our clients are charities that have limited resources. Budgets vary tremendously. Depending on your budget, we can create a high-impact Nationwide fundraising event series, or we can add some fun to a small-scale event to give it a new lease of life. Our passion is making your event a success, no matter what size.

Our events are managed by our passionate team of outdoor instructors and enthusiasts. Our team have built up a vast bank of shared knowledge and experience of the details and safety issues of delivering our wide variety of events.

We can cater for all your needs in setting up an event including managing the bookings, the registration process on the day, providing volunteer marshals, timings chips if you require these and all the logistics to take the hassle away from you.

This passion comes across to our clients, and even more importantly, to their volunteers and participants. We get consist feedback on how energetic and positive the team is, and how well they look after their volunteers.

Health & Safety

Safety is of utmost importance to us.

Every event is subject to a rigorous Health & Safety Planning process. This is reviewed after each event and processes are immediately updated for future events.

Health and safely is of principal importance and this is reviewed regularly as we plan the course beforehand and whilst on site for both staff and for the event taking place.

Risk Assessments will completed prior to the event and may be amended whilst on site to reflect any changes to the surrounding area and with close liaison with the charity and landowner.

Professional First aid provision will be arranged for the event and this will comprise of appropriately qualified first aiders with equipment, first aid trailer and vehicles to pick up any injured runners. This has always worked smoothly and we have total confidence in this method.

Our Insurance is through the Activity Industries Mutual Ltd (AIM) which only offers cover to well-managed activity providers who show a good understanding of risk management values and incorporate this into the daily running of their organisation. AIM believe in only offering cover to those organisations which also embrace our values. By going through AIM demonstrates that we care about safety and take risk management seriously.

Obstacle course races offer something for all levels of fitness. From veteran racers to newcomers to the sport, you’ll be swinging from monkey bars, scaling walls, crawling under barbed while and getting down and dirty in the mud with one of the most supportive, fun communities around.

Not only is it a great motivation to kick your fitness into gear, you’ll finish with a huge sense of achievement that’ll keep you buzzing all week.
