Recce days are an opportunity to be guided around, at a steady pace, the important legs of the Ultra races which are part of the Dig Deep weekend. As well as a guided run we will give some top navigational tips and look at some of the key difficulties of each leg.

The runs/training will be at a steady pace so a moderate level of fitness is required.
